Playgroups are held in a number of locations across the plateau to enable young children and families to get together.

• Monday 10am - 12pm Deervale Playgroup is held at Deervale Hall.
• Tuesday 10am - 12pm Bellingen Shire Mobile Resource Playgroup is held at the Girl Guide Hall, Hickory St Dorrigo.
• Thursday (first and third) 10am - 12pm "Hot Milk Mums" is held at the CWA Hall, Cudgery St Dorrigo
